A French bakery on Cambie Street.
Élysées opened on Cambie Street in November 2024, with French-style pastry at the centre of the menu.

An open kitchen.
Our kitchen is open to the café, so you can watch the baking happen. Dough gets rolled and shaped, trays go in and out of the oven, and cakes get their finishing touches, all within sight of your table.
In-house
We'd rather make things ourselves than buy them, so we make as much as we can in our own kitchen. It takes more time, and we think it's worth it.
French at heart
Our pastry case takes its cues from French baking: buttery croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes and layered cakes. We keep the classics true to form and save the new ideas for our seasonal menu.
With the seasons
Our menu changes every season. We keep a few favourites and bring in new pastries and lunch items, so there's usually something you haven't tried yet.
