All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout where required.
 

Custom Cakes & Catering Orders

Custom cake and catering orders may require advance notice and confirmation from our team. Specific details including flavours, sizing, pickup times, and dietary requests must be confirmed before production begins. Deposits may be required for larger or custom orders. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may be limited.
 

Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery information. Élysées Bakery is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information submitted during ordering.

For pickup orders, customers are encouraged to arrive during the agreed pickup window to ensure product freshness and quality.
 

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and modifications are subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of bakery products, refunds may not be available in all circumstances.
 

Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. While we take care in preparation, Élysées Bakery cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
